Please refer various trailing emails wherein you were repeatedly requested to either Refund the amount paid for the above two items, or Replace SONA MASOOR DAL and SONA MOONG DAL.
with other items ( like Jal jeera Sattu,)
It is very disappointed that till date you did not initiate any action which shows you neither maintain business ethics/ standard nor listen customer's complaint/ feedback. It also shows you do not care customer feedback & your moto only to extract money by giving false promise/ wrong & misleading advertisement. This type of wrong practice is totally unethical & unacceptable & may lead to legal complications. I am totally unhappy & disappointed with ganesh brand.
Your inaction & serious delay is causing me to share my views & thoughts about Ganesh Brand in social media for which your company shall be fully responsible & accountable.
