Customer Cancellation

  • An order once placed and confirmed by the user is not entitled to be cancelled.

Non-Customer Cancellation

We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

  • In the event if the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;

  •  Failure to contact Buyer by phone or email at the time of delivering the Order booking;

  • Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery

  • Unavailability of all the items ordered by Buyer at the time of booking the Order

  • You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing the order.
  • Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
  • Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  • All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-6 Working Banking days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card. 
  • Wrong order being delivered.
  • Items missing from your order at the time of delivery. 
  • Unboxing video is compulsory at the time of receiving your order and Drop us an email with your order id and the video of the product at within 5 days of the date of delivery. Our customer delight team will review your queries and resolve it at the earliest.
Below are the Unboxing Video Terms & Conditions.
  • Unboxing video duration should be at least 1 minutes (60 sec)
  • It should be a proper unboxing video starting with a sealed packet
  • The product/item should be clearly seen while shooting the unboxing video.
  • Email at, send the video link, order details, or the invoice screenshot.
