Exchanges Exchanges are applicable solely under the following conditions:

  • The packaging has been tampered with, damaged, or contains expired products upon delivery.
  • Delivery of an incorrect order.
  • Items are missing from the delivered order.

Unboxing Video Requirement Customers are mandated to furnish an unboxing video within 5 days of product delivery. This video, inclusive of the order ID and video link, is to be submitted via email to The unboxing video shall adhere to the stipulated conditions:

  • Duration of at least 1 minute (60 seconds).
  • Commencement with the intact packaging.
